WHY WE GIVE
Chelsea Village encourages members and regular attenders to follow the Biblical model of giving cheerfully (2 Corinthians 9:7). Giving financially to the work of the local church out of our "firstfruits" is both a renunciation of greed as an idol and an expression that all that we have is given to us by God and is to be used for his purposes (Matthew 25:14-30). It is an expression of worship for all that God has done in our midst.
WAYS TO GIVE
We encourage you to give cheerfully, regularly and sacrificially to the many ministries and mission of the church. Financial contributions to Chelsea Village can occur in several different ways, including:1) Placing gifts in offering baskets during each worship service We invite you to regularly participate in giving as an important part of our worship services, as we honor God with the first portions of all our wealth (Proverbs. 3:9).
